This festival event will launch the new Make Diversity Your Business toolkit and share the project story so far. You will hear from businesses who have made a strategic decision to improve their diversity to become more attractive to top graduate talent, as well as from students and graduates who have experienced first-hand the positive impact of the programme.
During the session, we will be offering a live demonstration of how your business can benefit from the toolkit. You will also be able to sign up for a limited number of one-to-one diagnostic consultations to make your own recruitment practice more inclusive to attract, develop, and retain talented graduates from BAME backgrounds.
The Leicester’s Future Leaders/Make Diversity Your Business project, led by DMU in partnership with Freeth’s, Brewin Dolphin and Eileen Richards Recruitment, was inaugurated at the Leicester Business Festival and has featured annually since 2018. Make Diversity Your Business aims to help local businesses benefit from the energy and talents of our local students, while helping them stay in Leicester when they graduate.
“Make Diversity Your Business - the sequel” will be of interest to any businesses who want to learn more about diversity and benefit from the student and graduate talent in our city.
