ABOUT ABOUT

This event explores how businesses can improve their organisational resilience through a collaborative approach to long term development. The question in the title will of course be met with the answer “Well of course!!” Although COVID has predominated our thinking about resilience in the past couple of years, wider evidence and knowledge about business survival and success beyond a crisis means that we can not let down our guard against strategic and operational risks.

This event will showcase the latest research and knowledge of good practice and is designed to revitalize participants’ strategies for organizational resilience.

The workshop will be led by Dr Brahim Herbane – Associate Professor at Leicester Castle Business School. Brahim is one of the foremost researchers in the field of business continuity management and organizational resilience. His highly cited work has shaped academic research internationally and the development of good practice for over 20 years. He is a Specialist Technical Member of the Institute for Risk Management.
